Customer services

Great emphasis is placed on achieving a smooth and stress-free experience for our patients so that they need only concentrate on their recovery.

Our Customers Affairs service is organised to engage with patients and manage all the important issues involved in their stay, right through to the arrangements for discharge and departure from the hospital. The team is made up of pre-assessment officers, reservations officers, international patient liaison officers and patient administration staff.

Before you come into hospital, you should receive a Welcome Pack which states the date and time of your admission. The pack will also contain a Welcome brochure which gives you details of what to bring with you, the hospital facilities and payment arrangements. If you would like to see or download a copy of the standard consent form you will be asked to sign before your treatment, please click Adult Consent  or Paediatric Consent  as appropriate

We aim to meet the needs of all our patients. Visiting hours are between 10am and 10pm but we will be as flexible as possible. Food is prepared to meet special dietary requirements and visitors can be catered for in the patient's room or in our conservatory area on the ground floor.

The Clinic has on-site interpreters and with reasonable notice we can provide assistance in most languages.
