Patient Satisfaction
At The Harley Street Clinic we maintain the highest levels of patient satisfaction. We value patient feedback as it helps us to improve our services. All patients receive a questionnaire which they are encouraged to complete and the results are analysed by an independent company.
The patient feedback for the second quarter of 2007 included the following:
- 98 per cent of patients would recommend us
- 90 per cent had confidence and trust in the nurses treating them
- 100 per cent of patients felt that they were treated with respect and dignity
- 91 per cent of patients highly rated quality of care
